Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We start processing orders immediately to ensure fast shipping, so unfortunately, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. No, you don’t need to register — you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your details for faster checkout, and view your order history.

Which countries do you ship to?

We currently ship within Malaysia and to Singapore only.

What are the shipping fees and delivery times?

West Malaysia
• Shipping: Free (no min. spend)
• Delivery: 1–3 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

East Malaysia
• Shipping: RM30 (flat rate)
• Delivery: 3–5 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)

Singapore
• Shipping: RM35 (flat rate)
• Delivery: 7–10 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays)
